The registration rates and conditions are listed in detail bellow. Please read them carefully before choosing your package. Once the process is complete, we will send you a confirmation message, and may contact you for updates, and to request additional information. Please make sure your email is correct.
Registration Fees (All prices in NIS)
Conference and accommodation fees
Conference only packages include a welcome reception, participation in all the sessions with lunch and coffee breaks, two poster viewing events, and an excursion to the Agamon HaHula bird-watching reserve. For those sharing a room with a conference attendee, the conference dinner is also included. Otherwise, the fee for attending the conference dinner is 150 NIS to be paid at the hotel.
Conference with room packages include in addition to the conference package, the conference dinner and a 4-nights stay with half-board (breakfast and dinner included) at Pastoral hotel. Check-in is on October 23, and check-out on October 27.
Shorter stay packages do not include the welcome reception and conference dinner. The fees for attending these events are 100 NIS for the welcome reception, and 150 NIS for the conference dinner to be paid at the hotel. If you choose one of these packages please list your check-in dates
Cancelation policy
If you wish to cancel your participation, you may notify us by email by October 17 ,and we will refund you the registration fee. Surcharges are non-refundable.
